Why isn't there more than one option for shipping?
I ship all orders from the United Kingdom. I have only one shipping option for orders inside the United Kingdom and one for other areas. Unfortunately, I am unable to have an option to track orders at the moment, but I will inform you by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Which shipping service do you use?
I ship all of my orders from the UK Post Office, using the royal mail. Once they are outside of the United Kingdom, they will then be handled by your local mail service.
When will my order be dispatched?
I aim to get all orders dispatched within 2-5 days of ordering, unless there is some unforeseen circumstances with myself or the post office. If this is the case, I will keep my social media’s up to date with the situation. Any orders placed on Friday or over the weekend, will be dispatched the following week.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Usually shipments to the rest of the UK will be relatively quick. For international orders, please allow 10-40 working days for your order to arrive.
*PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that with the global pandemic, your order might take a little longer to get to you. My store will still be open, and I will still be shipping orders but the likelihood of delays are quite high. Especially with Covid-19, Brexit and if there are any postal changes in your country.
I placed an order but changed my mind, what should I do?
Please contact me as soon as you’ve changed your mind. If I have not already dispatched your order, then I am happy to issue a refund or an exchange.
It's been a month but my order still isn't here?
In the very rare occurrence that your order simply fails to arrive 40 working days after the transaction, please contact me to discuss options.
Please make sure, when ordering, that you give me the full and correct address. If an address is input wrong when ordering, I can change it before the shipment is dispatched; however once it’s gone, unfortunately there’s not much I can do. So please check and double check before processing your order!
I've received my order but there's a have a problem. What should I do?
